Last day for our HIGH SCHOOL Group Training will be on Wednesday, Nov 6. Due to MIL High School Basketball Season, High School Sessions will be upon REQUEST ONLY. Please request at least 24 hours in advance by email brenda@uptempoathletics.com

High School Group Training Sessions will be back next year following the conclusion of MIL High School Basketball Season.

GROUP TRAINING SCHEDULE

-Practicing new skills at game speed
-Training and competing against others to push everyone to new skill levels
-Having more fun naturally by building in variety, energy and camaraderie into each training session
-Growing your mental agility and physical ability quicker and being able to see progress in real time

***IF NOT PURCHASING ANY GROUP TRAINING SPECIAL, SESSIONS EXPIRE 3 MONTHS FROM PURCHASE DATE**
Sessions may carry over month to month if not used within the month but sessions do expire 3 months from purchase date.

IF YOUR CHILD IS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL AND A BEGINNER OR NOVICE SKILL LEVEL, WE RECOMMEND OUR WEEKLY CLASSES. PLEASE FILL OUT OUR WAITLIST FORM SO YOU MAY GET THE REGISTRATION INVITE AS SOON AS REGISTRATION OPENS

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AGES ARE GUIDES AND SOME CLASSES WILL BE BASED ON SKILL LEVEL. OUR COACHING STAFF WILL DO AN ASSESSMENT IF NECESSARY TO FIND THE BEST CLASS SUITABLE TO YOUR PLAYER

  • BEGINNERS: LITTLE TO NO PLAYING EXPERIENCE I NEW TO THE GAME

  • NOVICE: 1-3 YEAR OF PLAYING EXPERIENCE | BASIC FUNDAMENTAL FOUNDATION OF SKILLS

  • INTERMEDIATE LEVEL: 4-5 YEARS OF PLAYING EXPERIENCE | PROFICIENT IN FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS

  • ADVANCE LEVEL: 6+ YEARS OF PLAYING EXPERIENCE | JV TO VARSITY LEVEL

SINGLE SESSION OPTION:
For those who may be visiting the island and wanting to train, someone who wants to try out a class or for players who don’t want the multiple sessions commitment.
