PERSONAL TRAINING
Our private workouts give players a chance to receive the 1-on-1 attention needed to maximize their workout time. Our Coaches are able to develop a plan to help players turn their weaknesses into strengths.
We also provide group personal training. Perfect for siblings and/or friends who want to train together in a personalized program developed for the group.
In our private workouts, players will gain knowledge in all of the key fundamentals including ball-handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and conditioning. All ages and skill levels are welcome to a register for a Personal Training Session.
Private sessions can be scheduled any day of the week upon availability.

Please note that private training sessions are early morning and later evenings on weekdays and can vary on the weekends, based on coaching staff’s availability.
